Hire Talents provides an online platform that connects job seekers with employers. We do not guarantee employment, nor do we guarantee the validity of any job posting. Users are responsible for verifying the authenticity of employers and candidates.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from posting fraudulent jobs, submitting false application details, using temporary/disposable emails, or attempting to compromise the security of the platform.

4. Job Postings & Approvals

Employers may submit job postings for free. However, all job postings are subject to review and approval by our administrative team before they are published live on the platform. We reserve the right to reject or remove any job posting at our sole discretion without notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

Hire Talents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, or from any interactions between employers and candidates.
